Established as a Development assessment clinic in Pediatrics in 2002 by veteran Dr. Kurian Thomas and is now blooming out into its second phase and heralding a new era in Child Development concepts and disability management. The beneficiaries of the centre are by far more than a thousand.

A carefully and tastefully planned, scientifically designed and appropriately equipped building area of 4000sq feet is set apart in the mother and child block dedicatedly for Prateeksha CDC.

DEVELOPMENT DELAYS

A child is said to have developmental delay when he/she does not attain the specified developmental milestones like rolling over,sitting or standing at the expected times.

CEREBRAL PALSY

Cerebral palsy (CP) is a group of permanent but improving disorders of movement and posture.

CHILDHOOD EPILEPSY

Deals with all types of abnormal movements, episodic sensorial or behavioral attacks that occur in children.

SPEECH DISORDER

Impairment or delay in the acheivement of language or problems in articulation of speech sound, fluency and voice

LEARNING DISEBILITY

Difficulty or inability in learning in terms of reading, writing, and/or arithemtic for children with normal intelligence.

MENTAL RETARDATION

A child with difficulty to cop up with the personal and social requirements of day to day life.

DOWN SYNDROME
